Arcadia GS (CYPRUS) LTD (“Arcadia”, “we” or “us”) data collection practices in this regard are governed by the following privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which explains what Personal data Arcadia collects, how we use it and who have access to that Personal data.

The Controller is part of the Arcadia Group. An updated list of companies within the Gaming Group can be found by sending a request to info@arcadiagaming.io.

The Arcadia Group has established an Intra Group Data Transfer Agreement which governs any transfer of Personal data within the group of companies.

7.Length of time that we keep your Personal data for

Arcadia will retain Personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by local law to which Arcadia is subject. We are using the following criteria to establish our retention period: (i) as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you (either as an individual or in your capacity as employed by one of our corporate clients, suppliers or co-operations partners); (ii) as required by legal obligations to which Arcadia is subject (such as tax and accounting obligations); and (iii) as advisable in light of our legal position (such as applicable statutes of limitations).

7.1 Disclosure and transfer of Personal data

Group companies

Arcadia may disclose Personal data processed to other companies within the Arcadia group in accordance with Intra Group Data Transfer Agreement.

Data processors acting on behalf of Arcadia  

Moreover, Arcadia may disclose Personal data to external parties, such as vendors and service providers processing Personal data on behalf of and under the instructions of Arcadia.

Appropriate Safe Guards to countries outside the EU/EEA-area

Where Arcadia transfers Personal data outside the EU/EEA, Arcadia will ensure that Standard Contractual Clauses have been entered into between the transferring Arcadia entity and the receiving external party. Alternatively, other safe guards will be put in place prior to such transfers. You are under Applicable Data Privacy Law upon request entitled receive a copy of any documentation demonstrating that appropriate safeguards have been taken in order to protect your Personal data during a transfer outside the EU/EEA.
